The people at Paymark are a humble bunch, grafting away in the background. But we gave them a nudge and thought it was about time they stepped out of the shadows, as it's important to share a bit about yourself and not become a perennial wallflower. Making payments sexy can be a tough task, but as it turns out, there's a broad appeal behind these walls which, (in a figurative sense) can be felt throughout the country.

Paymark is a pretty unique company - very specialised in what it does and how it does it. Facilitating almost 80% of NZ's daily, electronic transactions means you need the right people for the job & the Connex team is a small but crucial part of its core. To ensure the Connex team remains bolstered and on top of their game, Paymark needs to attract the attention of a very specific and global audience.

Fluke encouraged a wider view of the project scope from the outset, which inspired multiple use of content in order to inform, attract and engage the right people in what it means to be - Paymark.

As the leading light in electronic payment wizardry, they make stuff happen everyday without any of us having to give it a second thought - like broadening choice and breaking the shackles of traditional ways to pay. We brightened up their website homepage with some moving image, not to detract from the reason for your visit, but rather to lift the lid and offer a peek into this well oiled machine.

Paymark are by no means just ‘zip-n-zap’. They are continually striving to develop products which customers and merchants alike, need. Fluke creates content as tools to help spread the word and engage those in need of easier ways to handle, manage and make payments - i.e. everyone.
Each year Paymark comes together to reflect upon their successes and plan forward for how they will kickoff of the new financial year. Fluke captured the annual gathering, which involved interactive workshops, role-play, dress ups, motivational guest speakers, heated Q&A and (most important of all) food trucks. It's amazing what can be achieved in a single morning.
Workplace Health & safety
As they say, “safety never takes a holiday”. But at least the head of HR can rest easy in the knowledge they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure team members are at least engaged in the more serious (yet sometimes a little dreary) formalities of health and safety. Put anyone in front of a screen and they’ll pay attention right? Especially if their fellow colleagues are moonlighting as budding “No, worries, I’ll get this on the first take” talent.
